Microsoft Dynamics offers a range of Back Office modules that can be deployed as part of an ERP, point or hub and spoke solution.

The In-Store Back Office Server manages the communication with the Head Office to maintain up to date and accurate information.
 
The Microsoft Dynamics Back Office solution includes:

  • Support for the most common end of day procedures found in any High Street retailer.
  • Gift Voucher Management that allows vouchers to be handled as cash at the POS, and tracked using a unique barcode.
  • Goods receipt enabling stores to receive deliveries against purchase orders, the distribution centre or inter-store transfers.
  • The ability to take control of local pricing strategies; supplementing or overriding Head Office pricing, giving stores the ability to respond to local market conditions.
  • Stock takes can be generated at Head Office or created within the Store. Counts can be managed on a rolling or ad-hoc basis to respond to local needs.
  • A Store Dashboard function gives Store Managers an at-a-glance indication of sales performance and an outstanding action list.
  • Stores can raise their own purchase orders for direct delivery using a simplified version of the standard purchase ordering function.
